OSD 2021+ Bronco Fender Vents -  Non-Raptor / Heritage / Everglades

These vender vent overlays are made from durable ABS.  Whether it is for aesthetics or whether you are willing to cut your sheet metal, these vents look pretty good.

For faux vent installs, you can use vinyl to darken the paint below the vent and give it a real vent appearance.

Installation

Choose to cut a smaller diameter hole in your fenders to mount or to mount over the existing sheet metal for a faux vent.  Check the back side of the fender to ensure proper clearance and consider removing the entire fender.

MOST CUSTOMERS will choose a stick on faux install.

When cutting out a hole, test fit the piece several times.  Either install should require the use of painter's tape to create a proper installation.  Create a template on your vehicle to make it easier to align.

Clean the vehicle and make sure it is 75-85 degrees.  Remove the adhesive backing and install.  Use pressure for 20-30 seconds.  Allow bond to form over 24-72 hours.
